November is here, and at Flex Studio, we’re focusing on men’s health in support of Movember. This month we talk to a regular client of Flex Studio Emmanuel.
“Pilates came to my life, if I may say so, when I was doing a lot of outdoor and more cardio activities. And, you know, one day a friend told me, well, why don’t you try Pilates? Because maybe, you know, it would help you with stretching, flexibility, and be a bit more complementary to what you’re already doing. And this is how I started Pilates.”
A Personal Journey into Pilates
Emmanuel who has since relocated to Singapore, shares his transformative experience with Classical Pilates. Initially focused on outdoor and cardio activities, he was encouraged by a friend to try Pilates to improve stretching and flexibility. He quickly realized that Pilates was an excellent complement to his existing fitness routine.
