Introduction to Beginner Reformer
Our 6-week Introduction to Classical Reformer course is designed to guide complete beginners through the foundational concepts of Classical Pilates, focusing on essential Reformer and Mat exercises. This course empowers practitioners to practice efficiently and accurately in a group setting, with exercises that support core activation, effective breathing, spinal mechanics, and postural awareness.

Introduction to Classical Apparatus
Classical Pilates is considered to be Pilates practice in its truest form. Joseph Pilates designed a number of ingenious pieces of equipment to work in conjunction with the Reformer and Mat, including the Wunda Chair, Cadillac/Tower Unit, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector.
These apparatus challenge balance and stability, build strength, correct posture, and open the hips and shoulders. Learn the foundational exercises on these amazing pieces, and feel the full benefits of the Classical Pilates system.
