Introduction to Classical Apparatus

Experience our range of Classical Apparatus with our 6 week course and learn the foundational exercises on this amazing Pilates apparatus and feel the full benefits of the Classical Pilates system.

Intermediate I/II – Classical Pilates Intensives

Intermediate II
26 & 27 July – 2pm to 8pm

Led by Flex Studio Founder and Real Pilates Lead Educator Heather Thomas

These comprehensive Intensive programs will cover all Classical Pilates Intermediate I & Intermediate II exercises on every apparatus. In addition to a detailed exploration of the fundamental principles of Pilates, participants will delve into historical insights on the apparatus and the evolution of Mr. Pilates’ methodology.
