Intro to Classical Reformer

A 6-week progressive course designed to take those new to Classical Pilates through all the fundamentals of the system, enabling practitioners to efficiently and correctly take up a Classical Reformer practice. The course introduces the Classical Reformer through the complete Beginner sequence of exercises. Key principles of Pilates will be introduced, including: proper activation of the abdominals, effective breathing techniques, spinal mechanics and postural awareness. Attention will be given to each participant, to ensure they establish a proper Pilates foundation with correct technique. After completion of the course, participants can enroll in Beg/Inter I Reformer Quartets, thereby leapfrogging past the Beginner level.

Tower Tone Trio

Elevate your practice and see results faster with the Classical Pilates Tower Unit, known worldwide as one of the most versatile forms of equipment in use today. This vertical unit uses a variety of attachments – a roll-back bar, arm springs, leg springs and the push-through bar – to form what we call the Tower of Truth. Tower springs allow you to work the entire body, in one efficient sweat sesh, while the Rollback Bar and Push Through Bar open the spine, challenge the core and improve flexibility. These Trios also incorporate Pilates Mat abs to leave your core rock solid. Tower Trios are an ideal way to work out in a small group and discover how you can move and feel better – sooner.

Levels Offered: Beginner, Beg/Inter I

Reformer Quartet

Quartets (four per class) offer personalised attention in small group settings, which teach the Pilates method according to Classical Pilates sequencing on the Reformer. Whether you had been attending our dynamic Trio classes, or actively participate in Privates, these Quartets are for YOU! Fully immerse yourself in a Reformer FLOW, to both refine your current practice and properly learn Classical sequencing. Experience amazing physical benefits and insights, as well as sharp mental focus, in these targeted sessions. Learn the Classical sequence to master your body and mind.

Available in Beginner, Beginner/Intermediate I, Intermediate I, Intermediate I/II and Intermediate II levels.

Pilates Trio

Three-in-a-class group sessions on Classical Pilates equipment. Work your abs harder on the Spine Corrector, challenge your strength, balance and stability on the Wunda Chair or Tower, and learn NEW exercises on the classic Reformer – Pilates Trios are a fantastic way to use more equipment in a semi-private setting. Dynamic and fluid like a Reformer class, with more personal correction from the instructor.
