Originally a yogi and a runner at heart, Pilates guided Bee Lee on a more deeply connected path with her body. Through the practice of yoga, Bee Lee lives with mindfulness and intention; running keeps her connected to rhythm and breath. Pilates has built both her inner and outer strength, with deepened appreciation for precision and movement control.
Bee Lee has an Advanced Pilates practice through her RPTT training and certification journey. She curates thoughtful and relevant Pilates sessions empowering her clients to move, and live better every day.
