Don’t miss this opportunity to advance your career and learn the Yamuna® Body Rolling method.

Yamuna® Body Rolling is a holistic bodywork method developed by Yamuna Zake in the 1990s, drawing from her extensive background in bodywork and movement therapies. The Yamuna® method is a form of bodywork that uses a combination of ball rolling, therapeutic exercises and deep breathing techniques to cultivate sustainable change in the body.

The practice of Yamuna® Body Rolling provides several benefits. It greatly enhances flexibility by improving joint mobility and muscle elasticity through the release of tension and the breakdown of adhesions in connective tissues. Additionally, it boosts circulation by stimulating blood flow and lymphatic drainage, which helps remove toxins and supports overall cardiovascular health and body alignment.
