Welcoming back to the Flex Family- Brazilian-born Gilson Melo! A second generation Classical Pilates instructor, Gilson graduated in the Classical Pilates method in 2002 by Romana Krysanosvyska.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, prepare to feel challenged, motivated and transformed in his classes and private sessions.
