Lynn Liang

Lynn was trained at Shen Zhen Arts School and the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and subsequently joined Hong Kong Ballet as a dancer in 2014. Lynn is currently a faculty member of the Hong Kong Ballet’s Classical Ballet Training Programme.
Since becoming a dancer in the company, Lynn has been drawn to Pilates for its strength and mobility training, its balance and coordination work, and for pure joy! She graduated from the Real Pilates Teacher Training program in January 2023 and is more inspired than ever in her Pilates journey. Sessions with Lynn are available in Chinese, Cantonese and English.
