Tessa Pang

Tessa has a profound passion for health and wellness, particularly in relation to longevity. Her journey into fitness began with an active lifestyle filled with team sports, running, snowboarding, and surfing. However, as she experienced injuries and stiffness over the years, Tessa recognized the need for a practice that would enhance her flexibility and core strength. This led her to discover Classical Pilates in New York City over 15 years ago, where she was captivated by the unique challenge of connecting the mind and body through movement.

After relocating to Singapore in 2014, Tessa faced a gap in her Pilates practice until the launch of FLEX SG in 2022. Eager to deepen her understanding of Classical Pilates, she enrolled in the REAL Pilates Teacher Training program. This commitment not only rekindled her passion but also equipped her with advanced knowledge of Pilates exercises and methodology.

With nearly 25 years of experience in strategy and technology consulting—most recently within the Fintech sector—Tessa brings a wealth of professional expertise to her teaching. As a mother of three young children, she understands the challenges of balancing work and life while prioritizing health and fitness for overall well-being. Additionally, Tessa is a trained French culinary chef and a certified Functional Nutritionist, focusing on holistic approaches to gut and hormone health.

Tessa firmly believes that Pilates is accessible to everyone, serving as both a primary form of exercise and an adjunct to other fitness routines. She has witnessed firsthand how Pilates can significantly enhance the quality of life for individuals, both through her personal practice and in the progress of her clients.
